PRODUCT RETURN / REPLACEMENT

If after receiving the product you have determined that it does not suit your needs, please contact us by calling 381 18 821 071 or 381 18 823 666 – or write an email to our customer service directly: info@cmlhome.rs. It is necessary that you have the receipt at your possession at the time of the call and provide us with the correct item number.

Likewise, if after receiving the product you found that you want to exchange it for another product in the same or upper price segment, please contact us by calling 381 018 821 071 or 381 018 823 666.

After the initial procedure, we will need to determine if the desired product is still available. You will be informed shortly with all the necessary information. The new item is usually being shipped / delivered in 7 days.

You cannot change the ordered product without prior contact and agreement with the customer service / or on your own decision within the CML HOME ART showrooms / retailers.

It is not possible to change the ordered product if it has been used, that is, when returning the product, it must be returned in a correct and unused condition in the original undamaged product packaging.

TIME LIMITS FOR RETURN & REFUND POLICY

The time window for replacing or returning the product is within 14 days from the moment of the customer’s request, and after receiving the product.

In case of unavailable item on stock, the process might be further delayed as it depends on the factory manufacturing process and materials availability.

SHIPPING COSTS

The costs of replacing the goods (return of the initially purchased product, delivery of a new product) are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the buyer receives a defective or incorrect item.
