REFUNDS
In case of contract withdrawal, the consumer has the rights to a refund or product replacement. The amount paid is refund to the customer upon product retrieval, and after it is determined that the product is in undamaged and correct condition.
The seller is obliged to make a refund without delay and in the total amount that the consumer has paid on the basis and terms of the contract, and no later than within 14 days from the date on the receipt or the declaration of withdrawal, that is, from the date the customer’s product is received back for the further procedure.
The cost of product replacement and refund is borne by the buyer, except in cases where the buyer receives a defective or wrong product.

Refunds are made exclusively in the above-mentioned manner, by refund to an account used before in the item purchase, and it is not possible to send money by courier in cash. In the case of returning goods or a refund to a customer who has previously paid via payment card methods, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, the CAMELEON HOME ART online store is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA and Mastercard payment methods. This means that at the request of the CML HOME ART, the bank will refund the complete amount to the account of the cardholder.
Without prior contact and agreement with CML HOME ART, you cannot change / demand product refund on your own, nor send it back to the address specified on the invoice/shipping note. Any such package will be returned to the sender, at the sender’s expense.
